Damaged in Transit?

Did your Nanotips order arrive damaged? Send us an email at: [email protected] with a photo of the damage, and your order number and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge!

Not Happy with Nanotips?

Not happy with Nanotips? Conform to European rules and regulations: you can return Nanotips within 14 days of receiving you shipment. Click here to download our return form.

Refunds are made within 3 working days of receiving the returned product. 

A 100% refund is given including shipping costs for unopened/unused products, and products whereby at least 75% of the product’s volume is returned. 

If less then 75% of the volume is returned then the refund is based on the per ratio of returned volume.
